Research Analysts Issue Forecasts for Capreit Q2 Earnings

Capreit (TSE:CAR) – Research analysts at Raymond James dropped their Q2 2025 earnings per share estimates for shares of Capreit in a research note issued to investors on Sunday, May 11th. Raymond James analyst B. Sturges now forecasts that the company will post earnings of $0.65 per share for the quarter, down from their prior estimate of $0.66. Separately, Ventum Cap Mkts upgraded Capreit from a “hold” rating to a “strong-buy” rating in a report on Friday, February 14th.
