What happened
TuHURA Biosciences, Inc. (The Nasdaq Capital Market: HURA) said on October 9, 2026, that it borrowed another $650,000 under its revolving credit facility. The filing names Parkview Holdings One LLC as the lender. The Loan Agreement was first entered into on April 21, 2026. It gives TuHURA up to $50 million in loan availability and matures on April 21, 2031. TuHURA said it expects to use the funds for general corporate purposes.
The new borrowing was made under the same agreement already in place. It adds another draw against the existing cap.

Why it matters
OptimistFi's case is that TuHURA is a financing-sensitive immuno-oncology option, so access to borrowed cash can matter as much as clinical progress. This draw is about 1.3% of the facility's $50 million cap. That means the company still has room to borrow if it needs to. But each new draw cuts into the remaining capacity and leaves less room for error.
The filing also says TuHURA may be unable to meet the conditions needed to draw funds or stay in compliance with the Loan Agreement. It says the facility may also be too small to fund operations and development programs as planned. That warning matters more than the draw itself, because the facility only helps if TuHURA can keep meeting its terms. It may still need more capital.

What's next
The next dated milestone in the filing is April 21, 2031, when the revolving facility matures. Before then, any new draw, repayment or compliance update will show whether TuHURA can keep using the line as planned. A later filing that confirms continued access would support the financing case. A failed drawdown would weaken it.
A missed condition or signs that the facility is not enough would also weaken the story. Investors will watch whether the company keeps access to the line and whether the available funds remain enough for its needs. That is the main test ahead.
